Every order at Dainty Favors is made specifically for you. Please read these terms before placing your order — they cover what to expect from us and what we need from you. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@daintyfavors.com before you order.
All sales are final
Because every order is custom-produced to your design, we don't accept returns or exchanges.
- Sales are final once you approve your digital proof.
- Orders can't be cancelled once production starts.
- We can't refund orders for wrong quantities or a change of mind.
- Need to change something? Let us know before you approve your proof — we're happy to adjust.
Digital proofs
We'll email you a digital proof within 2 business hours of your order. Take your time reviewing it — once you approve, we go straight to print.
- You have 24 hours to approve or request changes. No reply = approval, and production begins.
- Check everything: spelling, colors, bleed, and layout. We catch obvious issues, but the final sign-off is yours.
- Errors in an approved proof can't be reprinted at our cost. If you spot a mistake after approving, contact us right away and we'll see what we can do.
Your files
We print what you send us. File quality directly affects sticker quality.
- We accept SVG, AI, EPS, PDF (vector preferred), and PNG/JPG at 300 dpi or higher at final print size.
- We'll flag obvious file problems on your proof, but we're not responsible for quality issues that come from low-resolution uploads.
- Not sure if your file is ready? Check our file requirements page or email us — we'll take a look before you order.
Color accuracy
Screens show colors in RGB light; printers use CMYK ink. They don't match perfectly — this is true across the entire print industry, not just us.
- Your stickers may look slightly different from your screen preview. This is normal.
- Specialty finishes (holographic, soft matte, textured matte, glossy) each affect how colors read in print.
- Exact color matching between separate orders or production batches isn't guaranteed.
Production timelines
Timelines start after proof approval — not after checkout.
- Sample packs: ships within 1 business day.
- 200–500 stickers: 3–5 business days.
- 500+ stickers: 7–10 business days. Need it faster? Rush production is available at +25% — email us before ordering to confirm.
Shipping
All US orders ship free with tracking.
- Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's. We're not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage.
- Package lost or damaged? Email us — we'll help you file a claim.
- International shipping is available. Email us for a quote. Any import duties or taxes are your responsibility.
Something wrong with your order?
If your stickers arrive defective, misprinted, or different from your approved proof, we'll fix it.
- Email hello@daintyfavors.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the problem.
- If the error is on our end, we'll reprint your order at no charge.
- We reprint rather than refund. If a reprint can't resolve the issue, we'll offer store credit.
Your artwork
By uploading a design, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You're responsible for making sure your artwork doesn't infringe on anyone else's trademark or copyright. We reserve the right to decline orders that appear to violate intellectual property law.
Liability
Dainty Favors's liability is capped at the value of your order. We're not responsible for indirect losses — including lost revenue or business — arising from an order.
