Once your order is placed and your file is received, we'll send a digital proof within 2 hours of your order. You have 24 hours to reply with any changes or your approval. No reply after 24 hours? We treat your silence as approval and go straight to print — your uploaded design is taken as-is and ready to go. This keeps your order on schedule and your stickers arriving fast. If you need more time, just shoot us a quick reply and we'll hold it.
Due to differences between how screens display colors (RGB light) and how ink prints colors (CMYK), colors may appear different on your screen compared to the final printed product. This is normal across the entire printing industry. To ensure your stickers match your vision, we include a physical sample approval step before production. Your approved samples are the accurate color reference for your final order.

Standard stickers are printed on premium white vinyl and cut to the exact shape of your design. Clear stickers use a transparent vinyl base so your design appears to float directly on any surface — laptop lids, glass, water bottles. Both are available in all four finishes: soft matte, glossy, textured matte, and holographic.
